Five Oaks Golf Apparel Returns Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

GUARANTEED SATISFACTION

If you purchase an item that does not fit you correctly, like apparel or gloves, you may ship the item back to us in new and unused condition with tags still attached within 30 days of purchasing and we will replace it with the correct size if available.

REFUND REQUIREMENTS
  • Apparel, bags, gloves, and other accessories must be returned in unused condition unless defective.

  • Apparel must be returned in unworn and unwashed condition with all tags attached.

PRODUCT DEFECTS / MISREPRESENTATION

INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED

If the return is due to a product misrepresentation or product defect, please contact a Customer Care Agent at support@fiveoaksgolfapparel.com.

If we deliver the wrong item to you, we will send you a return label to send back the incorrect order and send back out the correct item, completely at our expense.

EXCHANGE

If you purchase an item that does not fit you correctly, like apparel or gloves, you may ship the item

back to us free of charge in new and unused condition and we will replace it with the correct size if available.

Return Process

To return an item, visit http://Support@fiveoaksgolfapparel.com/contact with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

Return shipping charges will be paid for by us.

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.
